A group of Grade 9 and 10 students from the National and International Programs at Islamic Educational College Schools participated in a training course titled “Leadership Skills,” which was held at the campus of Amman Al Ahliyya University. The course aimed to develop their leadership abilities and enhance their communication, teamwork, and decision-making skills.
The course included several interactive workshops and practical activities focused on building students’ leadership personalities, developing creative thinking and problem-solving skills, as well as enhancing self-confidence, initiative, and responsibility.
The organizers emphasized the importance of empowering students at this stage with leadership skills that prepare them to face future challenges with confidence and competence. They also highlighted the importance of cooperation between educational institutions in providing quality programs that contribute to developing students’ abilities and refining their personalities.
This course comes as part of a series of activities and programs implemented by the schools to support students academically and skillfully, and to connect theoretical knowledge with practical application within an interactive educational environment.
